Article published in NTS: "The master reveals himself in limitations..."

Together with Patrick van der Meij, Bram Horenblas wrote the article "In the limitations, the master reveals himself... Problems and challenges with restrictive measures during pretrial detention in criminal cases." The article can now be read in the latest edition of the Nederlands Tijdschrift voor Strafrecht (NTS)[Dutch Journal of Criminal Law]. In it, the authors discuss and problematize the framework. They also provide practical guidance (for lawyers) on how to act when a client is subject to restrictions.
