At Van Meekren Advocatuur we handle all aspects of criminal law. We advise and we litigate, and we do so at all possible instances: at the district court in first instance, at the court of appeal, at the Supreme Court in cassation and at the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) when all national possibilities have been pursued.
In addition, Van Meekren Advocatuur provides legal assistance in a number of related areas of law. For example, some fraud cases require (also) a civil law approach. In order to prevent an extradition, it is sometimes necessary to sue the Dutch state in summary proceedings. Van Meekren Advocatuur is the right address for this as well.
