Article NTS on specialty principle in surrender law

What if someone is surrendered for offense A but is then (also) prosecuted for offense B and provisionally attached? Is the prosecution then immediately inadmissible, or are there other possible legal consequences?

An article by Tamara Buruma of Prakken d'Oliveira Human Rights Lawyers and Bram Horenblas appeared on the subject in the Dutch Journal of Criminal Law (NTS) following a Supreme Court ruling on the matter (ECLI:NL:HR:2022:982).
